How to report
Send reports to security@ortelan.com. Include the location of the content, a short explanation of the issue and contact information for follow-up. You do not need an account to report. Do not send additional copies of intimate images in your report.
Intimate images shared without consent
If an intimate image depicts you and was shared without your consent, you or an authorized representative can request removal. Include a physical or electronic signature, enough information to identify and locate the image, a brief good-faith statement that it was shared without consent, and contact information.
For a valid request, we remove the reported content as soon as possible and within 48 hours of receipt. We make reasonable efforts to identify and remove known identical copies within the same period. This applies to qualifying real and digitally created images.
Other harmful content
Report harassment, threats, abuse, unlawful content or other possible violations of our Acceptable Use Policy. We assess reports and may restrict content or accounts under our Terms and applicable law. Copyright notices should follow our DMCA process.
Follow-up and urgent situations
We may request information needed to locate or assess content and provide a reference for follow-up. This reporting process is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services if there is immediate danger.
