Praus AI LLC treats security and privacy as ongoing responsibilities. This page explains reporting and account precautions without disclosing internal architecture or promising a certification, perfect security or uninterrupted availability.
Report a concern
Send security reports to security@ortelan.com. Include a concise description, the affected page or feature and reproducible steps when safe. Do not send passwords, secret keys, unnecessary personal information or large collections of another person's data. For an account problem, use support@ortelan.com. For a privacy request, use privacy@ortelan.com.
Responsible research
Test only systems and accounts you are authorized to test. Avoid disruption, unauthorized access to other people's information, social engineering, persistence and extraction of data. If you encounter another person's information, stop and report the minimum detail needed. This page does not authorize intrusive testing, establish a bug-bounty program or promise a payment or legal safe harbor.
Account precautions and limits
Use strong credentials and available account safeguards, review connected access and protect shared devices. Do not use an assistant as the sole repository for important work. No system is completely secure. Report suspected compromise promptly; reporting does not establish an emergency support service or a guaranteed response time.
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Contractual safeguards or specialized processing commitments must be agreed in writing. We provide incident notices required by applicable law.
