Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

Effective October 27, 2026

This policy describes Praus AI LLC's collection, use and sharing of consumer health data where Washington's My Health My Data Act or a similar applicable law covers that processing. It applies to health data in content and family-safety features, not only to a dedicated health application. The public homepage is a preview; the categories below apply when you provide the information or use an available feature that processes it.

1. Categories and purposes

Consumer health data may include physical or mental health conditions, symptoms, treatments, medications, disability, reproductive or sexual health information, health-related requests or records, and inferences about health or possible safety concerns drawn from submitted content. Account or contact identifiers, family relationships, and location included with such content can identify or associate the information with a person. Inferences can be inaccurate.

We process this information to provide a requested response or feature, process content you choose to submit, provide an enabled and properly authorized family-safety notification, respond to a support or privacy request, and meet legal obligations. We obtain consent for collection or sharing where required, including separate sharing consent where applicable. General acceptance of terms is not a substitute. We do not use consumer health data for advertising or sell it.

2. Sources

Sources include you and your submitted messages, files, voice content, forms or support requests; people who lawfully share content with us; authorized family participants; connected services you choose; and inferences produced from this information when providing an available feature. The fact that another person supplied information does not eliminate the affected person's applicable rights.

3. Categories shared and recipients

Relevant health-related content, associated identifiers, authorized alert context and derived information may be disclosed to processors supporting content processing, hosting, storage, security, support and communications, under applicable instructions and protections. Information is shared with a chosen recipient or authorized family contact only within the applicable feature notice, permission and legal requirements. It may also be disclosed as required or permitted by law to authorities or advisers addressing a legal obligation or claim.

The specific affiliate that may receive health information for administrative or support assistance is Ortelan Holdings LLC, including information you send to the designated Ortelan support or privacy inboxes. This does not authorize unrestricted access to all conversations or an unrelated use of health information. We do not share health data with an affiliate for advertising. A new category, recipient or purpose requiring additional disclosure or consent will not be activated without it.

4. Your rights

Where applicable, you may confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data; access it, including the recipient information the law requires; withdraw consent to collection or sharing; and request deletion. To exercise a right, email privacy@ortelan.com with “Health privacy request.” We verify identity and authority proportionately and respond within the applicable legal deadline, notifying you of any permitted extension. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, and may prevent a feature from working.

We honor applicable deletion duties for our systems and notify processors, affiliates and other recipients as required, including requirements governing backup records. We do not make exercise of these rights subject to a liability waiver. If we deny a request, reply with “Appeal” to the same inbox; we will review it and provide the reasons and information about further complaint rights within the required time. Washington residents can submit a complaint to the Washington Attorney General.
