Submit a copyright notice
Send a written copyright notice to security@ortelan.com. Include your physical or electronic signature; the copyrighted work; the specific material and location you want reviewed; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent or law; and a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the owner.
Our response
We review notices and may remove or restrict access to material as required by law. We may notify the person who supplied the material. We may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Misrepresentations in notices or counter-notices may have legal consequences.
Counter-notifications
If you believe removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notification to security@ortelan.com with your signature, identification and former location of the material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake or misidentification. Include your name, address and telephone number, consent to the jurisdiction required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g), and agreement to accept service of process from the complaining party or its agent. We handle valid counter-notifications and any restoration as provided by applicable law.
