This policy applies to Praus AI LLC services when incorporated into the Consumer Terms, Commercial Terms or an applicable agreement. It applies to inputs, outputs, connected actions and applications built using the Services. A capability or response is not permission to use it unlawfully.
1. Lawful use and respect for people
Do not use the Services to facilitate illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, threats, harassment, trafficking, exploitation, violence or abuse. Do not create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content or sexual content involving minors. Do not facilitate weapons development, malicious cyber activity, credential theft or unauthorized surveillance. Do not use generated content to mislead others about a person's identity or falsely claim verification, endorsement or human authorship where that deception is material.
2. Privacy and permissions
Only submit, connect, record or disclose information you have authority to use. Obtain required notices and consents for recordings, shared content, minors and sensitive information. Do not use family settings to secretly monitor another adult. Do not extract private information about others, track people without authorization or use the Services to circumvent privacy protections.
3. Consequential and safety-critical uses
Do not rely on the Services as the sole basis for decisions affecting legal rights or essential opportunities, including employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, education or access to essential services. Qualified human review, independent verification and legally required notices are necessary for permitted uses. Do not use the Services as an emergency responder, clinical diagnosis or treatment system, autonomous weapons controller, or safety-critical controller whose failure could cause death or serious injury.
Do not present the assistant as a licensed professional or guaranteed safety monitor. Do not deploy it for a regulated purpose or submit data requiring a specialized processing agreement unless Praus AI LLC has expressly agreed to that use and the required safeguards in writing. This restriction does not prevent ordinary discussion of health, legal or financial topics; generated responses remain general information.
4. Service integrity and intellectual property
Do not circumvent access restrictions, quotas, age checks, safety measures or payment controls; conduct disruptive attacks; distribute malware; obtain unauthorized access; or share restricted credentials. Do not scrape, resell or embed access outside an authorized offering. Do not extract proprietary components, reverse engineer protected systems or use the Services to train a competing model except as expressly authorized or permitted by applicable law. These restrictions do not override open-source licenses, non-waivable rights or legally protected security research.
5. Developers and organizations
Customers must maintain appropriate access controls, secure credentials, communicate relevant limitations to end users and implement oversight appropriate to their use case. They are responsible for their own applications and user conduct within their control. Do not claim that Praus approves, certifies or guarantees an application merely because it uses our API. Report compromised credentials promptly to security@ortelan.com.
6. Enforcement and review
We may investigate reports, restrict content or features, suspend access or terminate serious or repeated misuse under the applicable terms. Automated enforcement can make mistakes; request review at support@ortelan.com. Reporting and enforcement do not establish continuous monitoring or a promise that every violation will be detected. We preserve reporting, appeal and other rights required by law.
